*Everyone should experience be gassed at least once in their life (to whom it is not a health risk) just to know the power of mind over matter. You will literally feel like you’re drowning. You are not. If they gas you, it’s because they’re trying to kick in your fight-or-flight response, so that they can have the advantage. It takes incredible will power to remain calm, but is possible if you encourage each other and stay focused.
